Today, is the National Day of Truth and Reconciliation. The day honours the children who never returned home and Survivors of residential schools, as well as their families and communities.
It is our hope that staff and our families take the time today to recognize the history of residential schools, as part of their personal commitment to the reconciliation process.
Due to the Alberta Teachers' Association strike, all classes are cancelled starting Monday, October 6. Do not send students to school or to the bus stop.
